Week 2


This week I feel like the learning I did was good. I feel like I have learnt a lot about work to rest ratio and about COFs. When we did the circuit training I tried my best in most of them but I feel like with push ups and over head weights were the hardest for me because my form was off. I noticed that since learning about the energy systems I have been applying them to my life, for example this week in level up we did a 4K run and I applied the way I warmed up and they way I breathed based on what energy system I wanted to be (oxidative) and definitely saw a difference then the last time I ran. Overall this week was very productive and I think I learnt heaps and applied it to my life.

Day two

Today we ran the bronco. My score was 3.3, I think I pushed myself well but I think I could of pushed myself further if I worked more on my breathing.

Day three

Today we did a circuit workout, our logos, figuring out how to use coach eye and worked a bit on work to rest ratio. Today was quite a busy day and I would give myself a 7/10 productive wise.

Day four

Today we learnt about work to rest ration. After we learnt about it mike tested us to make sure we were listening. I got a whopping score of 8/10
