Week 1


In week one we did a bit of testing. The testing consisted of, Illinois test, vertical jump, broad jump, 30m sprints, perfect push ups and a 1k row on the rowing machine.

Day one

Day one we worked on creating our perfect warm up, we looked at what the difference between static and dynamic warm ups. We also created our one pagers about what we want to get out of this passion project and how it will benefit us. You can find that by clicking the button below.

Day two

Day two we worked on doing as many push ups as we could. Unfortunately I could only get 10. The video below is my amazing 10 push ups.
